At Triumph Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as briefs and adhesive bras cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original labels in the original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
